On Oct. 5, DI Development was honored for their support in creating the Attorneys Ethics Code in El Salvador, as part of the Democracy Strengthening Program (DSP), a USAID initiative. The Attorneys Ethics Code was developed in collaboration with the LIDERA Foundation as a guide for professional development and continuous improvement in the Salvadorian legal system.

DI Development, in a coordinated effort and with the support of USAID, worked with LIDERA board members to organize a work team to prepare the draft Attorneys Ethics Code. On Oct. 5, the Attorneys Ethics Code was officially launched at an event attended by more than 275 lawyers and representatives from legal departments of public and private institutions and companies.
The award was presented by the U.S. Ambassador to El Salvador to Carlos Guerrero, DI Development Country Director for El Salvador for the USAID Democracy Strengthening Program. Read more →
